• Acceptance of terms: by using the website 7md.ae or completing any purchase, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.
• Legal eligibility: users must be at least 18 years old. If the user is under 18, the website may only be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
• Amendments: 7MD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on the website and considered effective immediately.

Sales terms and products

• Product descriptions: products are presented with accurate descriptions and representative images. Colors or minor details may vary slightly due to screen display differences or other factors.
• Prices and product availability: all prices are final and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Availability of products may change at any time without prior notice.
• Order rejection or cancellation: 7MD reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to product unavailability, policy violations, or any other justified reason.
• Payment methods: payment can be made via bank cards or Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional charges may apply depending on the bank or payment method.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping fees: shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight and the delivery location.
• Delivery time: orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days.
• Order delivery responsibility: responsibility for the order is transferred to the customer once the package is received.
• Correct address requirement: the customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. The store is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

• Return policy: products may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused and remain in their original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: health-related products, digital items, and custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
• Return costs: return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the returned item is defective or the store sent the wrong product.
• Refund timeframe: refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Damaged or incorrect goods: if the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, the store will provide either a replacement or a full refund, including all applicable delivery fees.

Loyalty program (points and rewards)

Customers earn reward points for purchases made with cash or online, whether through the website or at any 7MD branch across the UAE.

• Exclusions: purchases made during discounts or promotions, and payments made via Tabby or Tamara.
• Point restrictions: points cannot be transferred to others and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Intellectual property and copyright

All website content — text, graphics, images, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of 7MD. Content may be used for personal purposes only. Copying, distributing, or using the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer and warranties

All products and services are provided “as is”, except where otherwise required by applicable law. The maximum liability of the store, under any circumstance, is limited to the purchase value of the product.
