📦Orders & delivery
Standard delivery is 1–3 working days anywhere in the UAE ( 20, free over 200). Express gets it to you the same day in Dubai and Abu Dhabi if you order before 2 pm.
Yes — store pickup is free and ready in 2 hours from any of our 11 branches across the UAE. We'll message you the moment your order is ready at the counter.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — responsibility for the order transfers to you once the package is received, and we can't be liable for delays caused by incorrect address details.
💳Payment
Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby 4× instalments, and cash on delivery across all seven emirates. Additional charges may apply depending on the bank or payment method.
Yes — every price you see includes 5% VAT, and every order gets a full VAT invoice.
Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. If anything in your order can't be fulfilled, we refund the difference to the original payment method.
↩️Returns & warranty
Most products are covered by a money-back or exchange guarantee within three (3) days of purchase. Keep the original invoice (or a clear copy), return the product unused with all original contents, accessories, packaging and box.
Products returned without original packaging or accessories, and personal care products or items that have been directly used or come into contact with the body — these are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
General products: three (3) days from purchase for return or exchange. Children's toys: one (1) week. 7MD guarantees repairing the product, or replacing it if repair is not possible, within the warranty period. Repairs take up to fifteen (15) working days, extendable if spare parts are unavailable.
Breakage or physical damage, and misuse or modification of the product's original characteristics. If damage caused by misuse can be repaired, the repair or maintenance cost is borne by the customer.
Children's electric cars and scooters: 3 months, battery only. Adult scooters: 1 year, battery and motor only. All other scooters: 6 months, battery and motor only. Chargers and other parts are not covered.
The customer bears the cost of delivering the product to and from the maintenance center — unless the issue is a store error or a manufacturing defect discovered within the first three (3) days from receipt, in which case 7MD bears all round-trip delivery costs.
